The Buzzkill x DryOak Brut opens with fresh aromas of green apple, grapefruit, and a whisper of citrus blossom — the kind of nose that makes you do a double take. On the palate, crisp Bartlett pear and Meyer lemon take center stage, carried by vibrant acidity, a fine mousse, and lively bubbles that linger long after the glass is empty.

Vintage: Non-vintage
Varietal: 100% organically grown Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes -- a classic Brut combination.

Winemaking: Traditional winemaking in stainless steel vats for a further de-alcoholization by vacuum distillation with aroma recovery. The wine is then lightly carbonated.
